Mariette is a qualified teacher with 20 years of experience in the education, skills development and adult training fields, in the corporate world. She is a registered assessor and moderator for Real Estate Qualifications on NQF levels 4, 5 and 6. Mariette is also qualified skills development facilitator, material developer and assessment tool designer, and works extensively within the Insurance and Services SETA's.

Mariette has over 5 years experience as an Estate Agent, and has also completed a national certificate and national diploma in real estate, and is planning on enrolling for the degree in the near future, and is completing her practical time as a Valuator.
