Shirley Stamelman is currently the C.O.O of iSeleSele Property Academy. Shirley has an Honours Degree in Psychology, and is an ETD practitioner. She has extensive experience in assessment, tool design and moderation. She is also a project manager. Shirley has managed many large projects, specifically within the RPL and Learnership arena. Shirley has supported numerous corporate organisations to implement assessment systems. She is often called upon to deal with learnerships and assessments that need expert assistance to get them back on track once processes have gone wrong. This experience has equipped her to set-up models for RPL that are used within the Property Academy. The models employed have proven to be very successful and highly regarded in the Real Estate industry.
